Tony Sparano's "new" approach for the jests

Doesn't look like Tony is looking to do anything different in NJ. I especially like the part where he says he's planning on breaking down every interception and breaking everything back down to fundamentals...micromanaging at it's best. It's a good thing that this is still a run first league, wait, what do you mean it's not?
It seems that Tony learned nothing from his time here as a Dolphin.
