(This is a repost , but with us having a bunch of new members and the first game still a few days away, i figured this could help pass some time and get a few laughs.  Hey, if Brantner can do it, so can i lol)

 Whats up everybody.  The last few weeks i have been having this strange image pop into my head.  For whatever reason,  whenever i see Peyton Manning,  i cant help but think of a Beluga whale.  Then after i googled a picture of a Beluga i realized they do look pretty similar.  So then i got to thinking,  what other NFL players look like animals?  So you guessed it,  i am doing a post about what animals i think certain players look like.  Now these comparasons may only be in my minds eye,  but heres how i see it.   

I apologize for the terrible sizing of the pictures.  I wanted them to be side by side, but whatever deal with it.  Now dont tell me you dont see the resemblence!  I wonder how long Peyton can hold his breath.....

Now heres an easy one.  Theres definitely no racist intent here.  He really does look like an angry gorilla.

Oh yes, lets all enjoy a good laugh at that one.  Moving right along. 

This is another pretty easy one.  I mean,  just based on height alone he gets the comparason.

Thats right big bird.  "H" for Haynos.   He's a big boy, just thinking about it really ruffles my feathers. 

Now this has to be my favorite one.  This player/ animal combo i think are very similar in looks and personality, lets see if you agree.

The laughing hyenas,  isnt it fitting?  Even though both are pretty mean,  and respected in their natural environments, neither is exactly the top of the food chain. 

Now this next guy is vicous,  just like his animal counterpart.    

Everytime Vontae Davis goes up for a ball,  it reminds me of a pitbull hanging from a rope tied to a tree branch.  He is gonna get it, and destroy it when he does.  #21 is definitely a bad dog.

Now you guys should have seen this one coming.

Ok, that was too easy.  Even though bender is not an animal, i had too.  "Nuff said.

It just wouldnt be fun if i didnt take a shot at Rex Ryan.  So ladies and gentlemen,  last but not least.....

If only Rex was as funny or likeable as Peter Griffin.   Although he makes us laugh, its usually for all the wrong reasons.
