My Ap Lit teacher made us write a letter which we will never send to a person of our choosing. I decided to write one to our owner Stephen Ross. This was just one of our journal entries that we do daily and isnt a huge assignment. its also not one of my greatest works but i just wanted to share it. Hope you enjoy
Dear Stephen Ross,
As you are already aware we currently stand at 0-3 and are last in our division. Playoffs seem unspeakable at this point and our offense is non-existent in the red zone. Fan attendance is plummeting quickly and we are in jeopardy of having games blacked out and an empty stadium. This is an organization, as you know, that has a rich history of always being competitive and a proud franchise.
Last weeks loss hurt because it crushed all expectations I had for this team. Fans all had high hopes for the season and none of us would have imagined the season going downhill as fast as it is going and crumbling before our eyes. As you know our schedule isn’t favorable these next few weeks. We a rocky road ahead of us, and the future looks bleak. However as you know things can change quickly all we need is new motivation and all it takes is one win, which could propel us into a winning streak. Our season is not dead yet but where we stand right now it is on life support.
I will continue to stay loyal to this franchise and team and all I ask in return is hope. I just want to know that we can still stay competitive. Next weeks game is crucial and if we so happen to lose that game I think it is best for this franchise to make a change.
Thanks for your time,
