In an age of quarterbacks throwing for 300 yard on a regular basis we only carry 5 corner backs. 

On the final drive against the Browns this is how we defended them.

Carroll covered the WR on the right

Allen covered the slot receiver

Wilson covered the WR on the right

Smith covered the TE

We only had 4 CB going into the game and our best available corner was covering the TE.  The game was left in the hands of a rookie and the 4th best CB on this team.  In the day of 300+ passing games we need to have better representation in the secondary.  We carry 8 DL and 5 CBs and two of them are green and if one went down then what would we do?

Lastly I thought the idea of getting Dansby and Burnett is so that we could cover TE across the middle of the field.
