Solid trade bait for an O line upgrade?

It appears that we are loaded on both the D-line and at cornerback. At the same time our offensive line couldn't block Grandma from getting ahead of them in line at a Publix in Sunrise.....why I am I not hearing more about a possible trade of Will Allen or Merling or both for an upgrade at O-line? Both guys have played at a decent level and could contribute somehwere. Do other teams just wait for them or others to be cut rather than pursue a trade?

Or is Sparano and Ireland asleep at the wheel again?

Sparono seems to be so blinded by loyalty to his former cowboy Columbo, who is clearly no longer the player he used to be. And What happened to Carey? Did he really get that old and slow overnight? He used to be one of our most solid and versitle OL? Im not buying "position change". He just looks like he lost it? Getting Jake back will help but we are to slow and plodding to be successful at this critical position.

How does a head coach who was a former O line coach do such a piss poor job managing and developing his offensive line? In 2 short years, this important area went from the team greatest strength, to our most glaring weakness?! It is unacceptable to me as a lifelong PhinFan!

With our top 5 (or better ) Defense and Henne pleasantly surprising progression, I believe we can contend right now if we get the Offensive line to stop being so damn offensive
