Scott Van Pelt Show On ESPN Radio
Since I'm new to this I don't how to post up links to podcasts but I heard probably the most football intelligent thing I've ever heard on ESPN or sportstalk for that matter. SVP was talking about Terrel Pryor and Tebow how they would never be an elite qb or be even a serviceable one, especially pryor he says.. It's what I've said for years, a runner that plays the qb position will fail, Michael Vick was runner that played QB but I think he has turned into a QB that can run, which is what you would like..He was mostly bashing Pryor because if his #s were not even half as good as Tebow's in a much weaker conference...I can't remeber all the details cause i was being distracted by phone calls and horrible traffic but what i did hear I applaud...WAY TO GO SVP! P.S. F U John Clayton!!

o yeah
wanted to point out that the man must have met requirements in order to post it since you mention the rules.
here kitty kitty kitty BANG!
So he's really saying that Pryor and Tebow won't make it as running QBs
Just like Vick and VY failed as running QBs.
Pretty much common sense. But if he’s saying that BECAUSE they ran a lot in college they can’t evolve into passing QBs in the NFL, he’d be wrong. They probably won’t, but not because they are running QBs.
What do you do when no one respects you? When you're so low you're not even an underdog? When your enemies are called kings? William Wallace would fight for every yard with his face painted aqua and orange. And so we will fight, not just for yards, but for touchdowns. And then they will fear us.
Chad Henne is 7 feet tall and consumes DBs with fireballs from his eyes and lightning bolts from his ass.
Thanks for this.
I would think the sting of Pat White coupled with the the fact they didn’y want VY would suggest we’re not going after Pryor.

Fightin' in a basement offers a lot of difficulties. Number one being, you're fightin' in a basement! ...
