This is my list of the top 20 receivers in the NFL.
20: Davone Bess. He is a high character, sure handed, good route runner who produces, but lacks speed.
19: Steve Breaston. He has good hands and produces. He Contributed 77 receptions for 1006 yards in the Cardinals run to the super bowl.
18: Austin Collie. He didn't have a fast 40 time, but his jukes and route running allow him to get open. He has sure hands and is Mannings "go to guy".
17: Jeremy Maclin. A former first round pick, Maclin has produced. In 2010, he had 70 catches and 10 touchdowns. Plus, his 40 time is 4.4, so he's got some wheels.
