Now, I understand we have many holes to fill, and we can't do it all in one offseason, but I'm making a clear list of problems first, then telling possible solutions.
1: WR. Now i know Between BM19 and D-Bess and Hartline we have a good WR corps. However, we need speed and...
Here are some possible guys: Julio Jones stock will probably drop, so we, if possible should grab him. Jeff Maehl opened some eyes, and Jerrel Jennigan could turn into something. And don't forget Hankerson.
2:Interior OL: Face it. Last year our OL SUCKED. The only solid ones in the interior line are Icognito and maybe Garner.
Some hole making mammoths: David Arkin I think could be a solid starter. Mike Pouncey well, you know what he does.
Gabe Carimi would be good for our outer line, but I do NOT recommend picking him, as it would waste our first rounder.
3:RB: Ricky's leaving and Ronnie's not what he used to be so.... we need a starting RB!
Dah Dahh Dahh Dahh: Mark Ingram is not speedy, but has incredible burst. However, his lack of burner speed doesn't help the team to get more speed. In my opinion, Noel Devine is a BEAST. However, there is one more option, we could sign Darren Sproles, Michael Bush, Or (I hope) Deangelo Williams etc. a veteran back. Then we wouldn't have to draft a RB.
4: Qb: I know people will criticize me for putting Qb fourth (I hate Henne too) But all the Qbs in this draft are projects.
Here are the gunslingers: The one I'm highest on is Mallet. He has good accuracy with time and is a leader. Ponder, I'm second on because he could be a CP10 (and a late round steal) and he has mobility (unlike Mallet). Another one is Kaepernick because he is a mobile Beast,(except for his accuracy and decisions)
Free agents: Our defense would be top three with Oshimogo Atogwe. Shockey could do wonders for the offense.
Conclusion: comment on what you think
