I miss the football season. Even with our stellar performance during the home games ( sarcasm ). Now I am forced to endure everyone's player analysis, mock draft, and the bickering between the owners and the players over a new CBA. I never understood how one can find so much time to know so much about all the different players, in different positions from different universities. It makes my head spin just thinking about it, but then to take information and put together a mock draft. Hell,...I can hardly keep up with my beloved Buckeyes, much less the Big Ten or any other conference for that matter. And for the life of me I will never know what the draft needs of say,...the Atlanta Falcons or San Diego Chargers. I'm not criticizing those who do this,...it's just not my thing. Hence, the off-season blues. 

Feel free to stop me at any time, but I'm not done pulling for Henne just yet. One has to have a running game to be an effective passer. And as we all know, the running goes the way of the offensive line. Not to mention the plays that are being called. Henne isn't without his faults, like being filmed with massive balloon boobs ( more sarcasm ). Give the kid a solid O-line, a stud RB, and a blazing fast WR,...and I can see the Dolphins being just fine. That is if the new OC doesn't have his head up ass like Henning. Couple that with Sean Smith catching a couple of those balls, that keep hitting him in the hands, and taking them to the house. 

But all this will be for not if the owners and players can't find some common ground and get a new CBA done. Tell me they can't be that stupid ( and greedy ). I mean really,....forget about the fans for a minute. What about all the little guy. Each stadium employs how many people on game-days ?? What about all the sports bars across America ? What do you think their business will be like on Sundays without a football season ? The off-season blues are getting just that more bluer. 

Now I'm going from blue to pissed ! So, pissed that I'm going to watch the Buckeyes basketball game,....and I don't even like basketball. Bring on the NHL playoffs !!!
