Why hasn't Paul Soliai been given the Franchise Tag? With Haloti Ngata staying in Baltimore after being being tagged, Soliai is now the clear-cut No.1 Defensive Tackle in free agency this offseason. He has already stated that he will test the market, so why not just tag him and make sure he doesn't just walk away? Come on Ireland! Use your head!
