The biggest dilemma this offseason for the Dolphins and Mr. Ross will be what to do with our head coach, Tony Sparano, fire him or keep him. If the dolphins finish at 7-9 or 8-8 this season, I personally think that Ross should take an anonymous vote amongst all of the players, on whether Sparano should stay or not. The stats will never be released to anyone other than Ross and if there is a majority of players who want him to stay, I think that says something and the man should be given another year. Just my thoughts what do you all think.
