I know people say to draft a new QB and start over. What about keeping the coaching staff and send our first round draft pick and maybe Matt Moore to the Chargers who look to be in a bad spot also. Our defense is to be top shape, and offense is clicking with a conservative QB. With Rivers, who has a quick release like that other QB we had (Dan Marino if you didnt know) we could be heading for.... anything really.
