Actually, I think that was just a matter of trying to figure out if he is going to declare
I dont think he has yet, but now that he’s won the Heisman, there’s not really much left for him to do. Other than graduate I suppose. Just seems like education would be important, and coming from a military family, it may not be a matter of how much help he has coming back.
I think that was what Marino was getting at.

Is he’s not just throwing the ball 5 yards and getting a bunch of TD’s on huge YAC by his receivers. Moore is straight up making multiple NFL throws every game and many over 15 yards.

Standing in the Jenny Craig line. Problem was most where out of shape and the lockout left them undisciplined
Biggest change was the benching of Vontae and Sparano’s speech that gave some motivation for stepping up.
Add to that the injury to Clemmons, and Burnett getting a grasp of the defense, also Wilsons transition from College into the NFL, with no hope of getting a playbook or training camp.
Now that they have had almost a full season, there’s more cohessiveness.

tell me something.. how does Luck.. who most love and wanted us to "suck for luck" to get..NOT get the Heisman and end up runner up TWO years in a row?
he is supposed to be the most highly touted and sure thing qb to ever come out of college.. experts say there hasn’t been as such of a sure thing as luck..the best qb ..potentially ever to come out..and on and on.. etc..etc.. how does he NOT win a Heisman last year and this? I’m not saying he’s bad or anything like that.. he’s great and should be a good to possibly great qb.. but with the clout this guy has been getting how does he not win the Heisman? and does that change anything for any of you? we are likeyl not to get him..but there are a lot of good guys out there and i think we’ll get a good qb..

Basically, compared to RG 3, he has more help
Statistically RG 3 has been the offense for Baylor this and most of last season, whereas Luck has had more options. Its a matter of who had the most impact on the team.
Ironically, for being a spread QB, other than one reciever, RG 3 has had a Peyton Manning like effect on his offense.

An injury to 2 of your starting offensive linemen. Shitty reffereeing, just seems like every penalty this Eagles team should be getting called is being overlooked.
The NFL NEEDS to do something about this issue.
On another note, a game like this shows me that while we may want a new QB, our biggest issue is depth at both oline and CB.

You can make all the adjustments you want, but adjusting only goes so far when you are limited in your choices.
1st Long goes dwn, then Carey, thats 2 first round picks and a lot of leadership gone.
I hate to say this, but we dont have the luxury of drafting a first round QB this season.

stop calling deep passes. Run some screens, slants, or something else. We can’t keep running the same plays because Moore doesn’t have the time.

For Matt Moore to be successful as an NFL starter he needs a BEAST of an offensive line. The Dolphins don’t have that. In fact, the offensive line will need to be rebuilt after this season. Marc Colombo will be dumped (pray for that) and Vernon Carey is a free agent. That means the entire right side will likely be rebuilt.
The Dolphins flat out can’t protect Matt Moore against the Eagles. Not happening today. Guess we learned how important Jake Long, even on one leg is. Totally telling because Moore looks down field all the time. He can’t sense pressure.
