Just a thought, but if Moore continues to play good and we play ourselves out a a high draft pick would it make any sense to possibly trade him to a team in need of a quarterback for draft pick(s). I was actually excited about Henne after the New England game but his whole body of work should not demand that high of a price in the free market. So if we trade Moore we can maybe put some picks together to trade up in the draft and get one of the big name quarterbacks,
I don't follow college football but from what I have read RGIII would be a great pick up. So sign Henne to a two year contract, he should be anxious to prove that he is worth more to other teams, let him start while the rookie is getting used to the NFL, if he does good, great, we win some games and possible have decent trade bait or we have an average back up. Or if you want let the rookie start from the gate, that way you don't have to pay Henne starting money.
Me personally I love what Moore has done the last three games and am excited to see him play against Dallas on Thursday but for some reason I am just not ready to give up on Henne yet.. Like I said, it was just a thought, but I would really like to know if anyone thinks if it is a good idea or not, some ideas are better than others.
This is my first time ever posting so let me know what you think and if you don't like the idea that's fine let me know why you don't. Living in Montana I don't get to see as many Miami games as I would like (can't afford Sunday package) so you guys who get to see all of the games probably have a better insight than I do.
