My qb plan fo this offseason: 1. Do not resign henne, moore is just as good, if not better. This leaves 4 qbs, Moore, Rosenfels, Losman, Devlin 2. In the draft, get RG3 in the first. In UDFA, many analysts expect Kellen Moore to be an UDFA, if available, sign him, if not, then sign Jacory Harris. This gives us 6 qbs. 3 Early in training camp, determine whether Rosenfels or Losman are better, keep the better one and release the other. This leaves 5 qbs. 4. Through training camp, determine whether devlin still has upside and if he could be a backup right now. If he does, then cut Losman/Rosenfels, if not, release Devlin. If he doesn't have upside and can't be developed, he is deadweight, and that's something we need to get rid of. This leaves 4 qbs, RG3, Moore, Losman/Rosenfels/Devlin, KMoore/Harris. 5. Over preseason, determine whether or not Losman/Rosenfels/Devlin are good enough to warrant a roster spot. If Losman/Rosenfels beat out Devlin, but don't warrant a 3rd string spot, then release them. If Devlin beat out Losman/Rosenfels and doesn't deserve a 3rd string spot, then he will compete with KMoore/Harris for a practice squad spot, and the best of the young guys gets a PS spot. 6. Start Moore to begin the season, and then have him give way to RGIII. If Moore or RG3 get injured, promote KMoore/Harris/Devlin from the PS.
