Honestly,...there are several reasons. I mean really, our season has been trying to say the least. We all had high hopes for this years squad (even minimal improvement was thought by our local realist). But now we find ourselves on ever so slight winning streak, with floundering division rival coming into our house. This IS a winnable game ! There,....reason #1. 

Now, there is the fact that I got two different couples ( friends of mine ) coming in from two different Northern states for the game. Jeff & Rosie are coming from Michigan and are part of the Toledo Fan Club. Dwight & Renata are coming in from NJ and we partied together at a couple different Phinvaders events ( Cincy last year, and Cleveland earlier this season ). I've been to a few different games with both of them, but now they make their way South to experience a home game ! 

Nick, one of our Deep End regulars is going to be back in the fold after missing last week. It was a planned absence due to a family outing. However, that was cancelled due to the loss of his Grandfather. While our hearts ached for his loss, it is apparent that last weeks win uplifted his sprites. His FB updates revolved around nothing but wanting to partake in an epic game of beer pong, followed by another home victory. I think we can arrange that. 

We also are hosting more of our country's service men & women again. I don't know how many will show up, but I do know Stripe asked for someone to bring 6 dozen hotdog buns. And that doesn't count the 40-50 burgers that will also hit the grills. Yes I said grills,...two for sure, maybe three. Can't root to the fullest without fueling the body. So,....food=fun !!!

Then,...I believe "Mini OFF4L" will make an appearance. Talk about a dynamic duo,....M.M & his new sidekick M.O. That just sounds like too much fun. I can't wait to see how that plays out !

I also got a feeling some more Phinsiders might stop by ( at least I how so ). I am a firm believer in the more the merrier. And as bad as this season started, everybody I know is riding high about the winning streak we are currently on. This is going to make for one very good vibe at this Sunday's tailgate. You know the location, E-12/E-22 border. You find the Dolphin on a pedestal, along with a couple of crazies running around with huge orange fists,....you're in the right place. 

I can't wait till 8AM when I leave Ft Myers and end up back in my home away from home South Florida !
