Imagine if we could start this season over and you are filling in the role of G.M. Without the luxury of hindsight, what would you have done? 

Following two back-to-back 7-9 seasons, you know something drastic must be done, not only to have a winning season, but to also save your job. During the off-season you'd bring in _______ as our new O.C. Aside from O.C., would you replace any other coaches?

The lockout is over and the free agency market is booming, as expected. Who would you bring in via free agency or trade for/away? 

Assume this simulated season followed suit to our 2011 campaign. By the time we are 0-4, would you make any changes? Would you bring in any help before the trade deadline or let the season run its course. Would you fire the head coach and bring in an interim coach? If so, who?

Finally, the season is over and we finish 3-13. This is good for the 3rd overall pick in the draft. What do you do with the pick? Who do you bring in as head coach?

How would you handle these tough decisions the G.M.'s must face throughout the trials of the regular and off-season?
