Just want to chime in to say that even though I know we need a new coach badly but looking at Washington, San D and whats going on down there you do really want to bring in a retread coach instead of an up and coming coach to be the future of Miami?

IF Cowher does come to us, how long will he stay? 3-5 years then we are possibly on the hunt again and going through possible turmoil?, why not take a break on the next possible Tomlin, Peyton or some of the other younger coaches that are breaking through in the L now??

Dont get me wrong but I want TS out like now but would you go for someone that just will be around for 3-5 years or someone that will be a mainstay and possibly keep Miami contending or at least in the playoffs consistantly for 5+ years? I still say go after some college coach or O coordinator or go after Chucky
