I was reading an article in the Miami Herald that Ireland might stay because he didn't have too much say in the 2008,2009 and 2011 draft picks. 2011 was his first draft and he did a great job. Pouncey look like a pro bowler, so do Thomas. Wilson and Clay look promising. Gates look like the only disappointment so far, but he haven't been given a lot of opportunities
