I am not into this "suck for Luck" crap as we have a team that can win NOW but not the right coaching for this team. I would rather take the draft picks and make sure the line is straight before getting a QB in here. Take a look at all the injuries happening and that has happened to Miami since TS has been here because of his O-Line. Penny, hurt, now Henne hurt. O line needs to be solid before anyone can survive here.
Look at Stafford and the time he has to throw and what he has done and hey he is healthy, Hasselbeck in Tenne, now look at the QBs supposed to be better, Romo, Cutler, Vick get the trend?????
If this new guy we just signed can help out or even Murtha then we can just concentrate on right guard.
But now to the real reason for this post, IF HENNE CANNOT PLAY and Moore comes in and is more fluid with the game and passes and everything then I will whole heartedly say we need to go ahead and get Luck or another QB in here because it is 80% Henne not being able to go along with the system and make the proper passes and even though he has so many WRs dropping the ball I will admit to him needing to go or be a backup BUT THAT IS ONLY IF MOORE IS MORE FLUID IN THIS SYSTEM AND SHOWS THAT THIS SYSTEM SPORANO IS USING WILL ACTUALLY WORK.
If Moore comes in and the red zone passes (im saying passes because we all know when we got in the zone that TS was calling nothing but fade routes and pass plays) makes better throws then I will say Henne cannot get it done. But if Moore comes in and he also starts throwing sporatic in this system and the offense is kind of stag then it is definately the coaching..
Also I want to see if and when we get in red zone situations is TS suddenly going to change up and call more running plays in the red zone instead of passing plays? And if so is that going to be because he doesnt trust Moore to make throws in the Red Zone or that he is just changing his RZ scheme because regardless of what people says it seems either he trusted Henne to throw in the RZ regardless of the past INTS or didnt trust his O line to create holes. I tend to think he didnt trust the line more so than Henne because why would you risk an INT vs keeping the ball on the ground and get FG's he likes??
