Before we get too down on the coaching staff this week for conservative play in the 4th, wasting time outs, somehow not magically producing the win against the NFC East leaders away, already missing our starting LG, bell cow RB & Cover Corner.
Just a quick tester, what do you think? If Mike Pouncey doesn't get injured in the 3rd, would we have given up the sacks and pressure and failed to move the ball enough to close out? This is the guy who calls the protection and leads the line. IMO that could have been what really killed us.
And if you agree the team played hard, but couldn't overcome another crucial injury (and some interesting pass interference calls) late in the game ... is it not worth thinking about giving the coaching staff a break this week?
