Ross "As long as the players believe in Tony and are playing hard for Tony we are gonna stay the course. I believe Tony is still the right coach for the job."
He is as clueless about reading a team as he was about going to find a new Head Coach. Or maybe, just maybe, he does want us to suck, cut our losses this year and make a splash in the draft. You know, kinda what Richardson did with the Panthers last year. I hope so, because I really don't want to believe he is this moronic.

What do you expect him to say?
Unless Sporano turns it around and we go 9-7 or better into the playoffs he is gone at the end of the season. And we all know that isn’t happening.
It's actually a pretty open statement.
It basically says nothing.
I never got a prize for doing what was expected of me.
Hopefully he'll realize they quit on him once he sees the final record
which I hope is no more than 2 wins. Whatever it takes for Ross to pull the plugs
Smart thing to say
but Ross is still an idiot

Ross clearly wants Luck. Sparano gives us the best chance at him.
but how many times are we going to have to keep hearing that Sparano is the right man? if he truly was, then Ross shouldn’t have to release statements like this. It’s only a matter of time before Sparano and Ireland are let go..thank god.
