A sbNation Divided

(If words cut off click "Wide View") ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->

When it comes to being a fan, it has always been easy. You love your team. You put your heart into them every week, every season, for years.

Just like a relationship there are ups and downs. However, even after a season like 2007, you stay with your team because you love them and will never let them go.

You are a Miami Dolphins fan and want to see them succeed in every game they play.

Fans in this group likely feel that other fans are dismissing the most important part of being a fan, loyalty.
"How could any fan root for their team to lose?!"
Logic. Has your girlfriend ever dramatized a problem for twenty minutes which takes five minutes to solve?

Did you solve it, but get a little aggravated, because you were thinking with your head, while she was thinking with her heart?

This is how fans in this group likely feel, adding to the animosity. These fans know that the goal of every team, every season, is to win the Super Bowl.

They understand that this is not going to happen this year, but want to be set up in the best possible position for the years to come.
"How could fans want a 5-11 season this year, and lose out on Andrew Luck which would likely solve the QB situation for the next 15 years?!"
True fans are true fans.

We all have different opinions on how we would better the team.

Most fans want Sparano fired.
Because he is the current leader of our beloved Dolphins, does that make these fans traitors?
They are still loyal to their team, they just want the best for their future.

The important thing is that we understand each others views and not attack each other.

All of us are Miami Dolphin fans. We would not watch games, buy jerseys, or be members of this site if we were not.

Tough times are upon us, and we must unite as fans regardless of our opinions.

We are in this together til the end, all of us.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of The Phinsider's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of The Phinsider writers or editors.
