Dolphins at Giants Connections

The Miami Dolphins travel to New Jersey for the second time in two weeks. This time, however, the home stadium, and team, will be decked out in blue rather than green - the Dolphins play the Giants on Sunday. As such, it's time to take a look at the connections between the two teams.

Former Teams:

Will Allen (CB, MIA) was drafted by the Giants with the 21st overall pick in 2001, playing for the team from 2001-2005.

Dan Campell (Tight Ends Coach, MIA) played for the Giants from 1999-2002.

Dave DeGuglielmo (Offensive Line Coach, MIA) coached with the Giants from 2004-2008.

Larry Izzo (Assistant Special Teams Coach, NYG) played for the Dolphins from 1996-2000.

David Merritt, Sr. (Secondary/Safeties Coach, NYG) played for the Dolphins in 1993.

Mike Nolan (Defensive Coordinator, MIA) served as the Giants DC from 1993-1996.

Robert Nunn (Defensive Line Coach, NTG) coached with the Dolphins from 2000-2002.

Recently deactivated Sage Rosenfels (QB, MIA) appeared in 12 games for the Giants in 2010 - serving as their place kicking holder.
