NFL Announces Pro Bowl Voting Now Open
Teams to be Announced on Pro Bowl Selection Show December 27 on NFL Network
The polls are now open! Fans can begin voting to select players for the 2012 Pro Bowl, the NFL's annual All-Star Game, the NFL announced today. Voting is available online and on web-enabled mobile phones by going to NFL.com/probowl.
Balloting will conclude on Monday, December 19 following the conclusion of Monday Night Football (Pittsburgh Steelers at San Francisco 49ers, ESPN, 8:30 pm (ET). The teams will be announced at 7:00 pm (ET) Tuesday, December 27 on a special NFL Total Access 2012 Pro Bowl Selection Show on NFL Network.
The 2012 Pro Bowl will be played on Sunday, January 29, 2012 and televised live on NBC at 7:00 pm (ET) from Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Fans may purchase tickets starting next month at NFL.com/probowl.
The AFC and NFC All-Star squads are based on the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches. Each group's vote counts one-third toward determining the 43-man rosters that represent the American Football Conference and National Football Conference in the Pro Bowl. NFL players and coaches will cast their votes on December 21-22.
The NFL is the only sports league that combines voting by fans, coaches and players to determine its all-star teams. It was the first professional sports league to offer online all-star voting in 1995.
Quarterbacks Tom Brady, Michael Vick, Peyton Manning, Phillip Rivers, and Drew Brees were the top five vote-getters last year.
Last year, the Miami Dolphins sent tackle Jake Long, defensive tackle Randy Starks, linebacker Cameron Wake, and long snapper John Denney to Hawaii.
The following is a breakdown of positions and the corresponding numbers of players who will be selected in each conference (43 per conference):

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.

big....
Need you to shorten your sig. We try to keeps sigs to 5 lines, as they mess up the alignment in busy threads (when you reply multiple times, etc.). If you can just put your draft plans onto one line, you’ll be fine.
Thanks.

That's the million dollar question....
We drafted all these “college leaders”. Yet the only leaders I see week in and week out are Long and Bell.

RIDICULOUS!!!!
The Pro Bowl is a complete Joke … Most teams have played SIX games out of SIXTEEN. How can it possibly be right to start talking about pro-bowl voting? It’s like picking the player of the game mid way through the second quarter!
Every year, this process makes a mockery of the NFL.
yep

Miss the misery.
Need a reason for a change.
Need a reason to explain.
So turn it on again.
Don't change your mind.
You're wasting light.
