Past Super Bowl coaches tend to do much worse on their second stint

Now I am not saying we shouldn't go after Bill Cowher, but if we expect them to bring us to the promised land quickly we may be heart-broken. Also it was interesting to note the section about the importance of quarterback. Cowher (or another coach) may not want to come to our team unless we draft or trade for a great prospect.
