At the game tailgating

I just saw a little play where a bunch of Jets fans stopped a car, pulled out a guy wearing a Marino jersey, pull the jersey off and then make him wear a Jet jersey. Then they burned the Fins jersey (I wish I could post video from my phone. I recorded the whole sordid event).

Oh my god, I am fearing for my life right now.

I can't lie

I am having a blast. There are a few Fin fans sprinkled throughout the parking lots like grains of salt in a pepper pot, and everyone is getting along well. Great atmosphere. Everyone is happy.

He wasn’t the Dan of old, but it was certainly better than nothing.

I’m with you. I wish I had been born a few years earlier. After how many years of playing video games as the Fins and watching them rarely on TV (NJ doesn’t get many Dolphins games), it was a thrill even if I “only” saw the tail end of an unbelivable career.
