This whole thing with Harbaugh was just ugly.  Miami couldnt decide weither or not to fire Sparano , now it seems that he will stay. After this, how do you expect Tony to stay focused as a coach knowing the owner  has no faith in him. And the players, Williams has already come out about how he doesnt like the coaching. Is he the only one with these feelings? After watching the pats game I would say no. I think Sparano is a good coach, and deserves better.

Miami needs to start looking into the draft and make some good picks, plus they need to go after a QB via draft or FA. They cant ignore this problem.
