I used to mention David Lee as an option to replace Henning during the year but the more I think about it I'm glad he's gone.  Under his tenure as QB coach we saw Pat white move over to baseball, Henne turn into a mental mess and Thigpen turned into a pocket passer. 

Henne showed some promise in 2009 and everyone thought he would improve in 2010.  Instead, with an additional year or coaching he turned into"NO BALLS HENNE".  David Lee got mad at Marshall and Thigpen for drawing up plays in the sand that lead to big plays. 

Going forward I would like to see the QB coach be a QB that has years of experience playing the position.  Young enough to still relate to how the game is played now. And finally someone the team respects.  Sound like anyone we know?  CP10 should become CP Coach.  And lets give Henne one more training camp to prove he is better than whoever else we bring in.
