Pennington says he wants to play again. As much as I like Chad, I dont know If Miami wants to risk starting him after having his 4th shoulder surgery. There are other options out there. Several decent QBs are gonna be free agents, and the draft is another option. If Miami decides that Pennington will not start then they need to get aggressive with accuiring a QB, even if it means trading a good draft pick. Any thoughts on what they should do?
