The Dolphins close out the 2010 preseason tonight in the very building that will host Super Bowl XLV in February. There's a lot at stake for a number of the players on the roster. And it's still unknown how long Tony Sparano will leave the starters in for.
For those living down in South Florida, the game will air live on CBS 4. For those not in the area, you have two options. You can purchase a pass to NFL.com's Preseason Live or wait until the game re-airs on NFL Network. According to the NFL Network schedule, the game will re-air tomorrow at 7 pm.
Remember that any request for or posting of illegal online streams of this game will result in a temporary ban.
This is the thread to use for live game discussion.

Remember that play Week 2 play where Sean Smith looked like he got beat for the TD to Sammy Stroughter? Yeah, that wasn’t his man.

Players are pretty vocal about the fact they don’t always play at full speed. I couldn’t care less about what happens in preseason, as long as they come together when it counts.

But if we start slow again I think we can look to the pre-season for some of the reasons why

but this isn’t totally true. Pennington was very smart early in his career too. He is very talented in that regard. If there were a football MENSA he would be in it. That is not to say Henne will never get more experience and therefor game smarts but few QBs will ever be as smart as Pennington. If he had a real arm he would be awesome.

I just want to make sure people understand what they have in Penny. There is a reason he is the most accurate passer in the history of the game and it isn’t just because he is cautious. Other QBS with his level of experience don’t see the field or make decisions as well.

His throws tend to be accurate. He had a lot of drops, more tha the norm, so that skews the
stats. There were throws that weren’t exactly where they had to be because he was threading the needle, but it was still in position where it should have been caught or it was just overthrown.

I just have that feeling the coaches are gonna make the wrong call and take Turner over Wallace

I don't know...
They seem ready to cut PW, so i don’t see why they couldn’t cut Turner.

DISAPPOINTING
WOW our first team look horendous overall against dallas 2nd teamers. Eventhough its preseason we should’ve at least score some td’s, but we settle for three points in the first qtr. like this offense usually does. Have high hopes for this season and a performance like this shows we are not quite there yet.
teams know our tendencies in the redzone
