Alright Dolphins!!! 2-0. Best start in 8 years. This is soley off of memory but I'd like to recap the game. First topic I must talk about is Cam Wake. This guy is explosive. He had a 1 1/2 sacks, I believe, and the crucial stripping of Favre in the endzone and I don't know how many other hurries/pressures he caused. Next is Misi. This is one good looking rookie. He seems to have a knack for being in the right place at the right time. He's been solid in coverage and good in rushing the passer. How about the CB tandem of Jason Allen and Vontae Davis? It's nice to see Allen has showed up. Maybe he just needed to focus on one position. Who knows? He looks good right now but let's see how consistant he can be. The Dolphins defense as a whole are just looking so solid. Good work Nolan! 

     Offensively I thought there were things to like. The deep ball to Marshall, the O-line opening up some nice lanes, Hartline getting involved, and Henne not making mistakes. As Sparano would say, "on the other side of the pancake," there was quite a bit of concern. Turnovers are going to happen. It's inevitable. But could we have turned the ball over at worst times? We basically gave Minnesota there only touchdown. Then Ronnie fumbles deep in our territory. This could've easily been a shut out barring these mistakes. Up until the back to back 12 men on the field penalties we were playing so disciplined on both sides of the ball. It was a bit reminiscent of the 07-08 season. Well, we are in first place and there is a lot to like about our team. Go Dolphins!
