Before the Dolphins take part in a 100+ play live scrimmage (in full pads, that is) on Saturday, they will be holding two practices today. I'd imagine that the evening session will be a little bit easier on the players with the scrimmage less than 24 hours away. But still - this is a tough stretch for these players.

It's also a chance for certain players to set themselves apart from their competition, with a number of roster spots very much up for grabs.

Action gets underway today at 9 am with the first practice. The evening session is set for 5 pm. Both sessions are open to the public.
