I'm smarter than that. I know what I'm supposed to do. It was just something minor, nothing big and dramatic. I definitely know what I did was wrong, and it's not going to happen again.
Smith was relegated to the fourth cornerback during the first quarter as punishment for violating an unspecified team rule (though other reports say it was for being late to the stadium on Friday night). Jason Allen started in place of Smith, who reclaimed his first-string spot in the second quarter.

Rule #1: don't get beat deep.
Rule #2: Tie your shoes (you’ll be surprised how many don’t tie their shoes, leats, boots, etc.)

Second. Because he didn’t start Jason Allen gave up a TD to Roddie White…or was part of a blown coverage which gave up a TD to Roddie White. Said TD caused major structural damage to the sky over Phinsidernation. We will be dealing with the fallout all week.
