A plan, idea, thought. Once the seed is planted in my head, it grows and grows. It starts simply enough, I want to go to Buffalo for week 1. Really I'm a victim of dumb luck. Job got cut in Seattle, renters moving out  here in Toledo, and Buffalo is 5 1/2 hours from here. It feels like some unforeseen force was driving me to come home. Perfect ! Now I can go to the game !!! But with whom was the next part of the plan. After a few phone calls a foursome was set. A couple buddies from the Toledo, Ohio Dolphin Fan Club. A little research and another couple of calls and just like that $50 tickets are in the mail. Truth be told, I could have paid more for my ticket and got into the lower bowl, but I'm just happy going through the door with old friends. 

Here's where my plan is at now. THE TAILGATE !!!!!  I miss it, you see in FL "The Stalker" will have none of that. To quote him, " I'M HERE FOR ONE THING,....AUTOGRAPHS & PICTURES,.....AND THE GAME !!!! I DON'T LIKE TAILGATING, I DON'T GET IT, AND I NEVER WILL !" That's cool, I can respect his obsession and following his coattails has led to a nice little "Stalker JR" collection of my own. But, I like the party before the game. Eating, drinking, and a bunch of yukking it up. However, with most things in my life,....I like doing it with style ! So the customized Dolphin grill is getting a tune-up and a touch up paint job. Customized Dolphin table & chairs are good to go. The Dolphin fountain,....not sure yet. Depends on several variables ; a power source, water transportation (several gallons will be needed), and is it overkill for a party of 4. I also need to get my hands on a flagpole ! If you know me, you know I fly the colors wherever I'm at !!!

My plan is taking shape, and there is an open invite to any Phinsiders & Dol-Fans making it to the Buffalo game week 1. There is a buzz around here and by the time Sept 12th rolls around its going to be at a fever pitch.  Just over a month,......just over a month !!!!
