For: Video game fans

Note:  This post is not for everyone.  Yes, as a man, I still enjoy playing video games.  It is a hobby of mine as well as many other things.  As you will see in this post, I can be a bit of a nerd sometimes when it comes to the video games, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.  I already have my copy of Madden 2011 pre-ordered and in fact paid off.  Because of my job not resuming until Aug. 16th (highschool teacher), I will be picking up the new game at midnight on the 10th when it comes out.

In this post, I'd like to nerd out and talk about Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.  In this video game, players are allowed to customize "classes" so they can take in certain weapons and equipment into the game.  Along with choosing you items, you can rename these classes.  I would say 99% of gamers simply keep the names 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.  I toke it a step up.

I currently have 7 classes I can customize and I re-named them after my favorite Dolphins players.  Again, this is all for fun so if you call me a nerd I will laugh and agree.

Here are my classes:

#1...RONNIE BROWN - I use the gun the M4.  The M4 is the very first gun on the list you can choose from and my first favorite gun I played with.  This resembles Ronnie because in my mind he is still one of my favorite players and someone who comes first to mind when I think of the Dolphins.  He was my first favorite player before the emergence of Long, Henne, and are other young and new acquisitions.  It is a good gun overall, however sometimes it can be shaky (or hurt).

#2...BRANDON MARSHALL - I use a gun which many people call a beast.  The gun is the ACR, which is very balanced.  It's strong, yet accurate and mobile.  I pair this gun with a perk allowing my digital character to sprint very fast.  I know many people don't call BMarsh a deep threat, but youtube the guy, he is a horse.

#3...CHAD HENNE - Chad's class is my sniper class with a rocket launcher.  I envision Chad with his rocket arm.  I also pair him with a sniper, powerful and accurate, sniping footballs to the receivers.  I have a perk in this class making my character harder to see to the enemies, correlating that with our strong O-line keeping his jersey clean.

#4...BRIAN HARTLINE - This may surprise some of you.  This is my "wildcard" class, as I have a weird combo of guns and gadgets in this class.  Hartline is a guy I have enjoyed watching and always feel cheering hard for him.  Also, my girlfriend's favorite player on the Dolphins is Hartline, so we have that bond of cheering for him.  I also so him being the wild card, or the silent factor in this upcoming season.  (Note:  Camarillo came very close to making this class.)

#5...KARLOS DANSBY - This is my strong class.  I'm very excited to see Dansby in the middle of the Dolphins defense.  I have explosives in this class and I'm hoping he and Nolan make our defense more explosive.  I have a longer machine gun with extended mags, resembling Dansby long arms and body.

#6...VONTAE DAVIS -   This is a personal favorite on the team as I live in Illinois.  Davis played college football here at UofI, and he became a favorite of mine before he was a Dolphin.  I was wishfully talking about the Dolphins drafting Davis during the season of 2008.  I have the M16 in this class, a powerful gun that shoots burts of bullets in which I feel like I "pick enemies off". Strong, picking enemies off, enough said.  (What about that pick off of Brady agasint Moss!!?)

#7...JAKE LONG - Last but not least here.  This is my "go-to" class, my most favorite gun, and my most used gun here...the Scar-H.  It's a deadly weapon, and the weapon I have the most kills with in this game.  I sit down many opponents with this gun, as does Jake on Sundays.

Thanks for sticking out this long post.  Can't wait to see what our Dolphins can do this season.  I vote Lebron for tight-end.
