I think if Marshall offered a big donation to Bess’s new foundation then Bess should step aside and give up the 15 to him. It would help the foundation and isnt that what should matter most to someone who starts a foundation to help kids? To support someone does not mean you are wrong. its a mater of opinion.
I believe Marshall should have the 15 as well. I think that Bess is making a big deal out of something that shouldnt be that big a deal. If I was Bess I would say “hey donate 50k to my foundation for the kids and the number is yours” that simple. Does this mean I think Bess is a jerk or something? NO I do not. But I still feel that Marshall has earned that number over his career more then Bess has. When was the last 100 catch season for Bess? When was Bess’s last 1000 yard season? Do I think Bess should just hand the number over because Marshall > Bess ? No but if Bess has a foundation for kids that he has just started, what better way to draw some great attention to it and cash, then to play this from a PR standpoint and let marshal have the number and do a press release about Marshall donating a big chunk of change to the foundation (which I am sure Marshall would do) This would be a WIN WIN for both sides. Marshall gets his 15, Bess gets press coverage and a ton of cash for his foundation.

Ok, here's the thing.
For the amount of money that Mr. Ross shelled out to Marshall this offseason, Brandon should be volunteering to play in a paper bag. Last I’d checked, Marshall has done absolutely nothing for this team on the field as of yet, so for him to walk in and demand that a three year Dolphin veteran hand over his only NFL identity is downright silly.

Maybe. It was said tongue in cheek. But in all seriousness. What he did last year was unprecedented. No CB has ever locked onto an opponents #1 game after game and basically shut them out for an entire season. He’s young enough and good enough to keep doing it for a while. If he does, its really not an argument.
