Bye Bye Ginn...Welcome Ryan Grice-Mullen

I know there were a bunch of us that were hoping Ginn would stay around now that Brandon Marshall joined but the fact of the matter is we were never going to keep Ginn is a 5th rounder was available and it clearly was. We have a ton of speedsters to return kicks/punts like Kory Sheets, Julius Pruitt, Taurus Johnson, and newly added Ryan Grice-Mullen.

Grice-Mullen played alongside Davone Bess in Hawaii and apparently was brought in for kr/pr duties. I don't know how effective he is but I'm happy we are getting picks back because one thing Bill Parcells has proven to be successful at is find gems in the late rounds. Hopefully he can work some more magic and find some studs like he did with Jay Ratliff and Jason Ferguson to name a few.

This now leaves us with BM, Bess, and Hartline as our def 1, 2, and 3...Camarillo is the sure handed receiver and we have projects with the likes of Patrick Turner, Pruitt, Grice-Mullen, and Taurus Johnson. Also, don't forget that Patrick Cobbs was returning kicks for us for a while so hopefully we won't miss Ginn too much in the return duties, but i'm sure we won't as a wide receiver.

It is unfortunate to not be able to see if Ginn could shine strictly as a deep ball threat but his dropped passes, running out of bounds antics weren't what this team was looking for.

Lets hope that the cliche "be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it" doesn't come back to haunt us because lets remember that without Ginn we might've lost to the Jets twice!...but then again we would've beat the Saints and Colts hahaha...

P.S. BRING BACK JASON TAYLOR AND PRAY ERIC BERRY FALLS TO US!
