I'm honestly starting to think that maybe Bill Parcells and Jeff Ireland aren't even aware that O.J. Atogwe is available to sign without giving up any draft picks.  Remember, he was/is listed to be a restricted free agent but the rams put a specific tender that allows teams to offer a contract and if the Rams don't match it, they are not awarded any draft picks.  I really don't know the other reason why they wouldn't want a younger FS who is better in coverage and just a few years ago had 8 INT's and then 5 INT's two years ago.  If he isn't the answer then we either have to trust in Chris Clemmons or look to the draft.  Either way we need to figure this out because there really has to be a reason no team is looking at Atogwe this offseason when he is considered one of the better free safeties in the league.  Why has no one attempted to sign him?  There has to be something going on that we don't know because this just doesnt add up.
