Henne has sure had alot to say lately
but hey i dont blame him. He knows hes going to take over the reigns this year and if he wants to have success of any kind hes going to need a #1. I think its funny that hed bring those two up, but in reality TO is the more likely option because it would only be a 1 year deal, hed provide veteran leadership, and last but not least we wont have to give up any compensation for him like you would Brandon Marshall. And if were lucky he could help develop a Patrick Turner.
im not going to even bother putting up a poll saying who would you rather have cuz that answer is too easy(Brandon Marshall)

my feelings wouldn't be hurt..........even with his inconsistency he would be an upgrade over any of our current players
other teams would recognize that also and it might give other guys a little more space with which to work……….

How does people bad mouthing your QB, frustrating you to the point of tears,
warrant using that image as a negative?
I hate his selfishness, throwing teamates and coaches under the bus etc.but he definetly had Romos back in this instance so theres no way I can fault him for that.
Show a picture of him going off on his OC is San Fran,quote him questioning Garcias sexuality or McNabbs toughness as a reason but this is your reasoning?

it's a no brainer for a second round pick........i can't imagine the front office not going for a deal like that.....
i would trade a first round pick for that type of talent……although, you never know parcells and co. might put more onus on young defensive players………..

I don't know that much was proven....
He had a psycho-hose-beast girlfriend who freaked out occasionally. I don’t defend men who beat women, but I also won’t accuse a guy who has had no real evidence brought against him.
My issue is whether he's a team player...
Or a divider in the locker room…..I think he’s somewhere in between after watching him for a few years.
Well its been at least 2 women and one of the assaults was witnessed by a police officer.
The charges were dropped in that one because where it happened the victim has to agree to press charges. He basically got off on that one because of a stupid law. Still makes it no less wrong.

I would give up a 2nd for Brandon Marshall....
I would rather give up a 3rd….or a 2nd next year…..The thing about Brandon Marshall is he doesn’t have a history of pissing off Parcells which will probably be worth a 2nd round pick for that alone… Also he is a younger player and we can sign him to a long term deal and have the WR position solved for years to come … Then we can still develop one of the guys we have and possibly have 2 #1 caliber WRs …. Could you imagine if we actually had that problem on this team for once???

I don't see why anyone cares so much....
He is entitled to his opinion but he isn’t running the show, so who cares? It’s not like the phins are going to go out and sign both of them now because Henne wants it. The players play on a player level and as a QB he’s seen their talent level and wouldn’t mind having either of them in the locker room. The drama usually occurs between the players and management / coaches and then people get labeled DIVA etc. Henne simply wants some more weapons on offense that are proven, you know, like the Jets did for Sanchez that we DIDN’T do for Henne…

Virus or not, he can catch a football damn well. So can Marshall. All WR’s a headcases to an extent. And besides, if these guys are winning, which if we pick them up I have a feeling we will be doing a lot of, they are a lot quieter
Yah we want to be a winning team and these guys want to play on winning teams....
are we planning on losing so that they have big hissy fits? We should be going in with the mindset of winning and attract these guys by allowing them to make a huge impact on our winning-ness…

marshall is a no brainer to me
i would give up two first round picks for him, and for owens, to me owens is mostly a problem for his qb’s so if henne wants him, let him have him he’s still better then any of our recievers and shouldn’t cost too much

I wouldn’t give up BM for 2 1sts if he was willing to sign with Denver. It’s hard to tell if he’s posturing, but he’s stated that he would love to be a Bronco next year, and if so then I’d be absolutely pissed if we traded him for less.
Make 2 first round picks and the chance that you come up with a player who is an elite talent is not very good. I’d trade 2 1sts for elite talent any day of the week. With that being said, all the talk of BM for a 2nd is nonsense. 1st rounder is the absolute minimum for us to even consider giving him up.

I’d love to get Brandon Marshall for a 2nd but getting T.O. for free for only one year would instantly add a different dynamic. I’d much rather get BM than TO but if push comes to shove and we haven’t addressed anything in the draft and the season is starting….the phins better make a move. T.O. is T.O. but he didn’t make a bunch of noise last season and he still produced some results with a horrible team. T.O. seems like a long shot but BM for a 2nd rounder should be automatic.

I am far less opposed to TO, because he showed in Buffalo, whith a 1 yr deal, he can play and not be a cancer.

He really just wants a WR that he's able to fling the ball to down the field....
and not having to worry about over throwing him. I can’t remember what WR said it, but he said that it’s the QB’s fault if the ball is underthrown only. If the QB unloads the ball, the WR should be able to go and get it, having the speed to never get overthrown by a dude standing 35+ yards away. We need that guy, preferably able to catch of course…

If you want leadership you don’t go get TO. If you want a receiver to fill the number one slot you do not go get a guy for just a year.
