2010 Phinsider Mock Draft

Last offseason we here at The Phinsider held a mock draft (to give credit, I think it was Foy's idea). Basically, everyone who was interested made a comment throwing their name into consideration. Once enough people had signed up, the teams were randomly assigned and then the draft started.
The idea was to see how accurate we could be, based on researching team needs and such.
I would like to bring that idea back for this offseason. If you are interested, please post a comment below and we will begin taking names. Once we have at least 31 sign up (with me being the 32nd), we will randomize the participants, so no one gets gets to claim their favorite team (ahem, Miami), based solely on being here first. Once the teams are assigned, I will make a Fan Post with the draft order, then put the #1 team on the clock. All you have to do is post your pick as a comment. Then the #2 team will go, etc, etc. As I am around, I will edit the Fan Post to put the picks in the body of the post as well.
Also, the goal of this draft is to make it as realistic as possible. Once you get assigned a team, I ask you to please take a few minutes to determine their needs and what they may do in the draft. Trading picks is allowed, but let's make it realistic trades (not singling anyone out, but I am looking at whoever it was that picked for the SEATTLE LITTLENICKY'S last season....).
If possible, I would like to start this next week, because we learned last season, this is a very slow process, and I would like to get through round 3 if possible. Please let me know if you are interested.

All will go into the randomization, and the ones that don’t get a team, I’m sorry but you won’t get to participate unless someone falls out. Basically, I don’t want to rule someone out just because they are the 32nd or 33rd person to respond.

Just please don’t Randomize me the Jets or I doubt my picks will be very “Realistic.”
For example:

I will have to put it down in my sig,but yes I was going to do it until my pc at work won’t let me log in I can read the post on my work pc but have to log in on my phone so I figured it would be hell to do this from a phone I was going do it at home until my pc crashed ohhh my luck these days but I got a new one comming,so thanks for bringing this up and keeping it alive I will be back next years hopefully lol ps give me the jets ill draft them a punter

I think last season it was averaging out to about 1 pick every 24 hours or so. I’d like to go faster, but whenever you can, you post your pick.
