So after another loss, the search is on to find out what the heck the problem is with this team. There are issues everywhere.

The coach gets overly excited about mediocrity.

The assistant lacks pizazz and creativity.

The team looks tough, but doesn't seem to be as physical as appearance would make you believe.

The fans are overly emotional, yet don't show up and seem largely indifferent on game day.

The owner seems more interested in gimmicks to get people in the door, than the product being displayed.

Therefore, I submit to you, one simple thing that will fix all of the Dolphins' ills. In 2011, the Dolphins should.....
