I think Henning WANTS Sparano to fire him, to make a statement in front of Ross. You watch. Sparano WILL FIRE Henning, especially after his own meeting with Ross. Go deep into the story - look outside the box - why would someone who KNOWS he has been a major part of the problem insist that he's not retiring? Sparano will fire him.
