What's wrong with the Dolphins

This team should have two priorities:

1) Running game - what happened to the dominate running game we saw last year? This was the strength of our team, I'm all for Brandon Marshall getting his catches but would he be even better if anyone was worried about Miami's running game. And doesn't that also take pressure off the Defense. I just don't understand it. We dumped most of our OL from last year and went backwards. As much as I like the personality of the coaching staff when it comes to a winning attitude and toughness, I question some of their decisions. I don't see how making major changes to the OL was a great idea when it was one of the bright spots of the team. This should be our NUMBER ONE priority on offense not Henne. I'd like to see what he could do if we could run the ball like we did last year, with Brandon Marshall and Bess as his primary targets. How did we get so far away from that?

2) Defense - the defense is still giving up the big play and not CONSISTENTLY making game changing plays. One game they can stop AP on a goal line stand and then they allow a short yard screen to turn into a long play due to poor tackling. Inconsistency defines this unit. The pieces are obviously there. Everyone praises Vonte Davis, Wake, Dansby but when is this unit going to step up and play to there potential.

Then of course we can't forget we've lost games solely on special teams.

Food for thought!!
