Today is the day we decide are we a contender or a pretender. We are 4 and 4 and can either make a run at the playoffs or start preparing for next season. Yesterday we scored 10 points and in the NFL 10 points does not cut it very often. When we needed productivity out of the offense it did not happen. Unfortunately, this is a recurring theme. We have an offense that can’t score touchdowns and while field goals are fine against Buffalo and Cincinnati they don’t win games against better teams.
The way I see it we can throw in the towel or decide where the problem is and do something about it. And I don’t want to hear that the loss to the Ravens is not the just the offenses fault. Because we are in week 10 and my observations are based on ½ a season of mediocre play not just yesterday.
This is the first time I’ve thought this but in my opinion it’s time to dust off Pennington and see if he can save the season. He offers us no future but has the best chance of winning this season.
In my mind these are the choices. Feel free to add yours in the comments.

What should the Dolphins do?
Fire Henning or reduce his responsibilities because he is the reason we’re not winning. (56 votes)
Bench Henne in favor of Chad Pennington. Pennington still has a chance to save the season. (12 votes)
Bench Henne in favor of Thigpen. Henee has had enough time we should find out what Thigpen has to offer before the next draft. (10 votes)
With time Henne will grow to be the quarterback we want. (11 votes)
