Well for one Penne i was kind of mad that he didnt get at least one full drive instead only 2 plays(for sure a season ending injury but might be even career ending one)! But when Henne got injured in the 3rd quarter i wasnt very upset i mean we were ahead and he just got up and limped off. Did his injury really look like a season ending injury? I didnt think so but the news really ruined my post game hipe. And the Jets win didnt help anything. And now we have the 3rd string (4th string last season behind Pat White) quarterback who showed he could score throwing a nail in the coffin on the Titan game 29-17. But is Thigpen good enough to get us even the wildcard? My prediction is no the last time i saw him was last season vs. the steelers in week 17 where Penne was injured Henne got poked in the eye and White got laided out by Ike Taylor and that game he showed he could score but also he could throw just as many or more interceptions that he thown that game. And its not like he showed himself as a leader in Kanas City going 1-10 before getting replaced then traded to us. I believe that we could win vs this Bear team there QB is trash and there line is even worse but we need to cover the punt with Hester on return if my prediction is true we'll have to win with a HUGE help from the defense and the wildcat needs to work succsesfully like vs the Titans. One more thing i know we are looking for a back up for Thigpen for Thursday looking at Garcia, Culpepper, and Russell and i know this looks like out of these QB's theres no great ones not even good ones but it doesnt matter if Thigpen can stay in the game (the whole game). On recap i think Thigpen is a ok QB but if we were going to make the playoffs we would of needed Henne or Penne but im not giving up on this season i'll be watching on Thursday hoping for a win just like everyone else.
