With all that has been going on I can't help but think about the draft and who we might need/could get.  When you look at this team, there really aren't that many glaring needs.  Honestly I think all we really need is a RB when Ronnie or Ricky or Both leave, a TE, and maybe a new Center since Berger is good but not great and I personally think Center is the most important O-lineman to an effective running game. 

On Defense we are pretty well stacked on DL when Merling and Odrick come back...D backs we have VD, SS, CC, and Reshad Jones to take over for Y Bell with Nolan Carrol and Benny Sapp at slots.  LB with Wake and Misi, Dansby and Crowder and Francis and Spitler and Micah Johnson there we have enough depth to groom all these young players. 

I think our needs lie in RB, TE, and O-line and currently after looking at the top prospects I would hope we could target either Demarco Murray RB from Oklahoma or Stefen Wisniewski C from Penn State.

Murray is 6'1 215 and runs a 4.48 forty.  This guy has speed, hands and great size to be a future RB in the league and hopefully just hopefully he can come close to resembling another RB from Oklahoma by the name of AP. 

Stefen Wisniewski is 6'3 300 lbs and runs a 5.1 40 and is hands down the best center in College Football.  Everything I read tells me he's a smart center (3.87 GPA).  Nephew to the Oakland great Steve Wisniewski, I think this guy can also team up with Jerry and Long for years to come to really take on some of those big NT.  We all have noticed Cleveland and Pitt's young centers stand out in only the first couple of seasons and you can tell the difference in the Browns running game aside from the fact they have HIllis but he has huge holes to run through. 

Either way i'd be happy with either of these players and I know its wayyyyy to early to think about it but I cant help but always look toward the future.  I think if Henne isnt the answer, this regime will give Tyler Thigpen a try before they invest a high draft pick on a QB.
