I understand why people think that Henning is holding back this offense. His play-calling has been very questionable since '08. All of the sudden, though, people want Tony Sparano out? I don't see how that is justified.
Make the jump
Sparano is a good leader whom his players respect, ala Brandon Marshall, who has praised Tony many times. He is not a coach who has feuds with his star players and sends them off to another team (Josh McDaniels), he tries to downplay drama because he knows that it is a distraction to his football team. He is also a coach who sets an example for his team, he lost weight this offseason, and he didn't to it by lypo-suction or lap band (Rex Ryan), he did it the old fashioned way, diet and exercise.
Now, a lot of people here don't like Sparano because he gets too into the game, for example, they say that he is over-enthusiastic about making field goals. And complaining about something like that is just silly. He is happy that his team scored. Obviously, he'd rather have 6, and I'm sure he lets his team know that, but he cheers because he is happy that we even HAVE three points.
Lastly, I would like to hear from some of the people who feel Sparano should be fired, and I want to hear legit reasons why he should be fired, because I'm not convinced yet. So, to all those people, please state REASONS below.
