Dolphins should sign this guy, What you think?

Wide- Receiver and return specialist Larry Taylor, a former Conneticut standout was cut recently by the Jets so they can keep Patrick Turner on the practice squad(In whom u know they want to transform into Braylon Edwards the 2nd)

Star-divide

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ- AUGUST 16: Larry Taylor

But check this guys highlights out, He's a 5'6 and 180lb WR, a Fort Lauderdale native and former Connecticut standout, excellent return guy and good receiver, his hands are good and he breaks impposible tackles and shakes defenders senseless

Heres the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l74lOaZJ5Ls

Especially if your tired of seeing Patrick Cobbs run str8 into tackles on Kickoff Return like a car crash and Davone Bess waiving fair catch all the time like he's saying hello to the fans on punt return. Tell me what you think, I know the Phins Organization may not be looking for a return guy but is he someone we should consider, knowing he wont cost us millions of dollars??

Poll
Do you think the Dolphins should consider him as the returner, he may be a diamond in the rough and the Jets would regret keeping Brad Smith like the Patriots found Danny Woodhead?
Yes defintely

Of course we have to sign LT!

Bill’s been LOOKING for this guy!

I actually believe I wrote a post on him last year when I thought we signed him (turns out it was Rolly Lumbala or whatever his name is). He was strong on UConn and in Canada. Don’t think he’s the answer to anything though.

Gonna take a fortnight at least to get this herd down to St. Louis on Mississippi. This glen's gonna be tough to traverse, and that river's got to be 50, 60 meters wide. And God knows how many fathoms. To hell with parliamentary procedure. We've got to wrangle up some cattles!

He's probably the answer to showing cobbs and bess how to move for sure

i really wish we would cut Cobbs

he is terrible.

I don’t see him making a different in ANY game. Ever.

Same

I hate the love he gets from Fans and the Team. He’s mediocrity personified.

he had knee surgery right?

then came back and has just absolutely sucked since then?

Looks like Owen Daniels out there… the guy was a top 3 NFL TE, had knee surgery and now he can’t get open in the sahara desert.

Wow.. so may loved Cobbs when he made those long catches running out of the back field 2 years ago..

I never really loved him all that much and this season he is about worthless.

Hartline will be fine.

He is not doing “bad” I think its more a Henne issue then a Hartline issue at this point.

Doesn't matter how good the guy is, if we dont have good blocking..

he wont be doing so hot with us. But it’s worth a shot, we really cant lose in that situation.

This ^^

It all comes down to the blocking.. We could have Devin Hester returning punts and if the blocking isn’t as it should be, he’d get 10 yards max after shaking the first 2 defenders.

blocking is essential for successful kick and punt returns….unless you are magical like deion or dante

i meant to reply the first time….i hate that…

Just one mans opinion...

offensive line help

I don’t write often but with the troubles and lack of depth on the O line I wanted to throw my two cents in.
Read a piece about a young offensive lineman on one of the ESPN articles a couple of weeks ago. OT/OG from a small college. He had been blackballed by major colleges and the same is happening in the NFL.
His problem is he was arrested as a 15 year old for having sex with his sister, convicted as an adult, served time, and now considered a sex offender. Reading the story, this guy was from a broken family, he and his sister basically raised themselves and were alone. Yes they did the deed once and he has paid his dues. We all make stupid mistakes, no one is perfect, but he was given a chance by a small school and made all american at OT, he is 6’5" 325lbs. and his college coach swears by the guy. Hey we have problems with our O/L what would it hurt to give the kid a try? If Long goes down what then? Murtha??
Everyone deserves a second chance what do the fins have to lose?

well Ginn didnt have good block and made something happen with shakes

Cobbs gets blocks and he just runs str8 into everyone (his own teammates sumtimes wow) and falls and Bess gets 5yds and goes down

Show him the pen and let him sign, any speed could help us tremendously and 5-6

specimen used in middle routes, screens, and our end to round is hard to locate and tiring to keep up with. Makes me think of Woodhead, he’s a headache.

Damn the sheriff, Bring on MARSHALL LAW
