I was, and still am a bit perplexed by all the general negativity after the game, so much misinterpreted focus on a bad luck call, whatever your opinion on it is, remember these two things;

1. recovering that ball was by no means certain victory = with 3 time outs and the 2 minute warning, Pittsburgh had more than enough time.

2. we got the ball back with two and a half minutes left = we had a chance to go win the game, 4 and out

There are missed/blown calls every game, it is part of the game, as long as humans are doing it, there will be errors, in a way, it isn't a lot different than Hartline tossing the ball(;^J)to a Steeler, human error that happens in games that sometimes looks a lot worse than it was,.......right?... right.

The thing that got me was, I felt better about our team after this game than anytime this year, or even the year before, wins and losses aren't everything, how your team is playing is more important, and our team played very well, easily our best team performance since last year sometime, and could be a turning point for this team.

I thought we were going to be exposed a little by the Steelers, I didn't think we were capable of that type of performance at this point, I was wrong and I was impressed and I feel like we can make a playoff run now, before the game I didn't, but I do now, I also think we maul Cincy.

Looking at the game again we we're outplayed by the Steelers, but not by a lot, I think we could have beat any other team in the league that day, and I'm not talking if this if that, I'm talking straight up, just be better than, if you know what I mean.

On that note, there is one other thing I'd like to say, I'd like to see us play more, "here it is, try and stop it" on offense, Marshall and Bess, Ricky and Ronnie, we have the horses, too much "we're going to do what your not expecting" playcalling going on, I would have been happier with 6 passes into the endzone on our first 2 possessions, we were playing with house money, just sayin.
